Cipher by Damjan Stanković
Serbian designer Damjan Stanković has created this cool drinking glass called Cipher, which recognizes drinks. Pixels on the glass get filled in as a drink gets poured. Hidden in those looks random colored pixels is a word: milk, juice, coca-cola or coffee!
How does it work? “The pattern of shapes and empty spaces on the glass combined with the color of the liquid inside the glass end up forming a textual sign, revealing what exact drink or refreshment you are having, with each side of the glass reserved for a specific drink.”
Are you serious!?
The implications behind these beautifully designed handwritten font posters are as open as they are are demandingly attention grabbing. Lured initially by the imagery, the message is just as intriguing and deserves a reblog if for nothing else other than pondering over what was being conveyed.

I made this illustration a while back for my (now defunct) Games Design blog. However, it’s now available for purchase!
Simple and clean always works best. No reason to go defiling an icon.
Genius Gotham city print.
